Year low 0.12 , Year high 0.25 ,NTA0.19, dividend 4% pa, PE=6+, earning improving + dirt cheap in term of RM n also value , if mkt keeps moving up n goes > 1,380, for it to goes >0.20 shouldnt be any problem ^V^
Rated it as trading play for short n mid term ^V^
