Queued 5 lots at 2.85 , ended up only 4 lots done .. its OE just announced with 60% jump in its earning fro Q 2 Q ! EPS for d year stood at 41.82cts which translate into PE of 6.8+ wowww $$$$$, a nett cash property stock selling u PE of 6+ ???? betul ka ? further more, if u look deep into it, its last land valuation conducted in year 2000, by now its NTA should stood in between 4.50 to 5.00 instead of 3.80 as stated above .
Anything below 3.00 is value buy for Plenitude ^V^
