Someone asked me should we cut loss on skpres ?
u must be kidding
Bear in mind ,there is no cut loss in dictionary of FA ! only swap or u hv made a wrong call by choosing a wrong counter !
Why TA always imposed stop loss in their trades ? simple ! bcos they r not sure n hv no confident on their method, therefore stop loss is needed for them !
FA is different, u dont need stop loss if d said company is running well N making lots of money, sooner or later, its share price will be reflected based on its FA ! example :-
IJM WB : drop to 0.33 after my purchase of 0.38
Maybulk : drop to 2.30 after my urchase of 2.53
Masteel : drop to 0.0.65 after my purchase of 0.76
I am not gonna to make money from them if i use stop loss for d above stocks !
Come back to Skpres
1st half net profit increased 70.11% from 1cts to 1.7 cts
u can expect 3.4cts for year ended 2007, hence at current price of 0.16 , we r actually buying at PE 4 ! not attractive enough ?
If u compare skpres with china call warrants (both r less than 20cts ), d difference is :- skpres has no time limit !
Patience is d key success for skpres ^V^
