New York-based Maxi/Mina dela Cruz (KC Concepcion) is an up and coming designer who has been sponsored to open her own boutique. Her recently deceased mother left her with property in the province and she is forced to return to the Philippines to meet her estranged father (Gabby Concepcion) and liquidate the land.Maxi struggles as she immerses herself in farm life and meets Tommy Santibanez (Jericho Rosales), who eventually teaches her to open up and love the the town and its people.
