United Sikkim FC defeated Superstar XI with a scoreline of 7-4 in United Sikkim's favor. The match was played at the Paljor Stadium, Gangtok. The match was played in a very friendly environment with several legendary players and celebrities playing for Superstar XI which included Former Dutch striker Rudd Gullit, legendary Scorpion guitarist Rudolf Schenkar, Christian Karembu, Tim Tranker (World Motor Sports Champion), former India footballers Shyam Thapa, IM Vijayan and Bollywood actors Rahul Bose and Neha Dhupia. The match was organised by Bhaichung Bhutia in collaboration with Sikkim Government, with Chief Minister, Pawan Chamling also providing helping hands. The money generated from the mega event will be given to the earthquake victims.
United Sikkim FC scored their seven goals from Daniel(7',19'), Thoi(12'), Beiko(35'), Thupden(41'), MD Lepcha(57') and Bhupendra Khewa(70') while Superstar XI scored through Marcel Oerlemans(30',64',68') and Sushil Kumar Singh(32').
