Barca can forget about luring Bale

HARRY REDKNAPP insists Tottenham have NOT agreed a fee with Barcelona for Gareth Bale.

Reports in Spain this morning suggested Spurs had sanctioned Bale's departure for a fee of £32million.
But Redknapp has made it clear the club have no intention of selling the 22-year-old Welshman this summer.
The Spurs boss said: “I don’t know anything about the story linking Bale with Barcelona.
“I wouldn’t think there is the slightest bit of truth in that. Not a chance, I wouldn’t have thought.”
Tottenham’s chances of hanging on to Bale are likely to be reduced if they miss out on next season’s Champions League.
But Redknapp, who resisted interest from Chelsea to keep Luka Modric at White Hart Lane last summer, insists qualification is not the be all and end all.
He added: "That idea gets a bit over-hyped.
