According to TOI, Kolkata is set to get rocked by Messi magic again but this time wearing the Barcelona colors if everything goes to plan and their opponent could be Italian giants Inter Milan. Kshatriya Sports Management, a part of UK based firm Indian Football Evolution have already got the green signal from both the clubs and only the clearance from the sponsors are awaiting. The major challenge that the organizers will be facing is to make the arrangements in such a short span of time.

The date that is set for the event is 19th May, which is the same day when the Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich takes place. So, the organizers are also hoping to squeeze in the event before the mega event at Allianz Arena takes place, so that the spectators do not have to compromise their schedule. The event could also mark as the farewell match for Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola who has already announced to step down from his role after the end of the season.

Though the organizers have a back-up plan of an El-Classico in Spain but it is learnt that Barca are more interested in India. A final confirmation is expected to be out within two-three days.
