United Sikkim FC Star midfielder, and ex-Namibian captain Quinton Jacobs signed for Salgaocar SC. Quinton Jacobs played a pivotal role in USFC's qualification for the i-League next season with his accurate passing. Quinton Jacobs technical aspects are very good and Salgaocar will be hoping that the Namibian International will be a great asset for the team.

| Abdul Hamza also snapped up by Salgaocar SC |
Salgaocar SC have also snapped up Abdul Hamza from HAL, who got relegated this season. Hamza has been impressive for the bottom placed club in the i-League this season scoring 7 goals.
Salgaocar SC meanwhile has dropped Chidi Edeh and French midfielder Maxime Belouet (who signed for Salgaocar last season only).
